I love going up there...It was only my Dad and I!
Day 1...We drove the 5 hour trip[I drove the 2 first hours up] and got there on Saturday afternoon![1:30pm] Went by my cousins house and said HI! Then went over to my Grandparents house! Dad talked...and talked! Then my four girl cousins and my Uncle came over! and the Adults talked more as I jumped on the trampoline with Alatheia[12] Charis[10] Taleia[5] Tikvah[1 1/2]
We had dinner and played more....
Then the rest of the Family came over Seth[20] Cody[17] Alek[15]
We were going to sit by the fire and talk and eat smores but the BUGS came and all the kids ran inside! :)
And i did too! :P Then the four oldest of the "Kids" started a game of Canasta, Seth and I against Alek and Cody! We were in the lead! but we did not finish the game until the next day.
Day 2... Sunday Morning! I got up around 8ish Church did not start until 10am...had Oatmeal and coffee! Went to the Grands Church...It was SMALL! Very small...like 30 people small! no one my age... either 10 years younger or 10 years older! We sang a few song i did not know...The Pastor preached about the Trinity! Three in one! John 16:1-33
After Church we went back to the Grands house and the Cousins came over for Lunch! Birthday Lunch! It was Taleia's 5th Birthday! and she wanted Veggie Sandwiches! :D
We played games. Taleia Opend her presents and we had ChOcOlAtE cake[With Chocolate Frosting...that i gave to Cody!]
We finished playing Canasta, the girls played in water...and...well i did too...a little :P
Oh Cody and Alek Won the Canasta Game...they had over two thousand more points then Seth and me! It was sad...but FUn! :)
Day 3....The Forth! I was dropped of at the Cousins at 10am[It would have been earlier BUT I asked Dad to bring me to McDy's so i could get a Frappe] Helped my Aunt Kim make Lunch and after Lunch we went to the Parade! Got a lot of candy...that i did not even eat!
I watched Alatheia, Charis and Tikvah when Aunt Kim and Uncle Chadd went shopping![Taleia went too]
They were setting up a slippery slid but it had too many holes in it so we....I mean I sprayed Alatheia and Charis....I did not get wet because Tikvah was sitting on my lap :P
After they got home, We went over the the High school's back park/field and camped out for the night!
We played games[Frisbee&Soccer] Talked...Uncle Chadd cooked Hot Dogs and Brats!
Tons of People came! But a lot of people left around 8pm when it started pouring rain and THUNDER AND LIGHTNING! but it cleared up around 9pm...we just sat in our cars until it was over...AND after it was over...A Bright Rainbow was painted across the sky! Caleb[the oldest cousin] said that on his way over he saw five of them all across the sky! :)
AND the clouds were yellow and orange! Perfectly beautiful!
Then we watch the Fireworks for a good 45minutes then went back to the houses and went to BED! Everyone was tired! :)
And i got home at 340ish
I am tired!
So i am leaving!
